    People, he is ‘NOT’ exaggerating. If this is your favorite dish, you’ll find this orgasmic. Do buy the Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs and the very best salted butter, Fettuccine and Parmesan you can find. I also added chicken pieces and sun dried tomatoes. YUM! I’m going to make another pot tomorrow and put it into containers to freeze.

    This is brain dead easy to make and super tasty! Really loved it. I added some lightly fried pancetta to the one I made, with a dash of nutmeg and pinch of cayenne for a whisper of heat. It was a hit in my house! Everyone wanted me to make it again a week later. Thanks again Jeffrey! Love it.

    Jeffery- my daughter and I use a head of cauliflower- blended in mixer, with garlic 🧄 roasted in the oven! Add that to your recipe and it’s delicious!!!

    You're my kind of brilliant Jeffery! Just made this for my family about three hours ago, and everyone loved it. Was probably only about ten or fifteen minutes of doing anything other than waiting for the Instant Pot to do it's magic. On the "yumminess to effort scale", this is one of your very best recipes. Your book is also amazing, by the way.

    Thank you Chef! 😜 Made this for my son tonight, he loved it. It sprayed a bit on venting so gonna reduce broth to about 3 3/4 cups. Also maybe a little less cream, but he loved it! Score! 10/10!

      It was a wet disaster. . .
      Got the 6
      And everyone suddenly wanted ribs all the time.

    I made this today, it is legitimately amazing, the Boursin makes it! Only trouble I had was some or the noodles sticking out of the broth stuck together and didn't get cooked as well as the rest. Make this dish!

    I made this using shells (because they are my father's favourite pasta). Boursin is not in my local market so I used cream cheese and mashed my own herbs.

    I got my first instant pot today it is a 8 quart instant pot Duo I love it I made some Alfredo spaghetti tonight inside of it and it turned out to be really good thanks for introducing me to the world of pressure cooking I am going to watch your videos a lot more often now so I can come up with a recipe to make in my instant pot I already have one idea I want to make that is Meatloaf another idea I have to make this one is a little weird but it is pork chops and applesauce from I do believe the TV show The Brady Bunch

    I cut a garlic clove in half and added it to the top of my pasta before putting the lid on- it’s something I’d seen and tried in another recipe and it just tastes so good plus it cooks your garlic. I used a different herbed cheese and this fettuccine is amazing and bc of Jeff’s recipe it was so easy and I loved adding my own spin on it-

    Anytime I make a creamy pasta sauce, add some fresh grated nutmeg. It makes an enormous difference

    I made this last night and it was absolutely SINFUL. Your recipes never disappoint, so thank you so much for this! It was super straightforward, quick, and has minimal cleanup. Definitely not something one can have very often, obviously... But the next time I get the craving, I'll know exactly what to do. In the past, I'd use a jar sauce or buy something premade whenever I wanted alfredo because I was young, cheap, and lazy. I'll never do that ever again!

    Alfredo is my son's favorite dish. He orders it from our local restaurant at least twice a month. So when I saw you upload this recipe I knew I had to try it. As with all your meals, it was so delicious! My son loved it. He said it's way better than the restaurant dish he's been eating. I also fixed grilled chicken and broccoli as an optional addition. I will be making this again!

    I made a whole roasted chicken with chicken broth and butter and Italian seasoning. I made that in my Ninja pressure cooker. I made this fettuccine recipe to eat on the side. I made this fettuccine in my instant pot.

    This is the BEST fettuccine Alfredo EVER!! But I did not have any luck with the noodles in the instant pot. I ended up making it on the stovetop with chicken. DELICIOUS!! Thanks, Jeff!

    I have made this recipe twice with just a couple of tweaks. To me, it’s as good as that ‘Blimey, mate’ restaurant. I couldn’t use Boursin so I used onion and chive cream cheese and added shrimp. So, so good and easy. I love using the pressure cooker whenever I can and your recipe is quick to make without sacrificing any flavor.Laura

    Still one of my fave recipes :) I add a bag of frozen veggies on top of the uncooked pasta before closing the lid - oh and use Blue cheese as one of the add-ins later 😋😋😋 so good!!!!❤️

    I've made your recipe twice now!! First time, I made it exactly to your recipe specifications but added chicken. The fettuccine needed cooked a little more than 7 minutes as it was too chewy. Made it a second time, but cooked the fettuccine for 9 minutes and was much better. Also, I mixed 1 cup heavy whipping cream with ½ cup half-n-half. It was a little creamier using this liquid combination. While making the fettuccine in my Instant Pot, I also have a Ninja Foodi, so I air crisped salmon to add to it. I like Boursin, but it is pricey, almost $5 in our local grocery store. Since I can add fresh garlic and herbs, next time I will just use regular cream cheese. Overall, it is a delicious meal and will definitely make it again. Will probably try it with shrimp next time. Enjoy watching your cooking channel.

    Great meal! Mine turned out a bit more liquid but I used half and half not sure if that made a difference and I shortened the cook time to 5 mins. I like my pasta Al dente and in the past my pasta always comes out softer than I like.
