There are few things worse than moving. All that packing, moving and unpacking is enough to turn your hair gray and chase people with rolling pins. But I kept telling myself this move will all be worth it for the new kitchen alone!
So I found it only fitting to christen this new kitchen with a recipe that has a celebratory theme. When we celebrate life, we typically not only drink, but we drink a lovely, bubbly drink we know as Champagne. Of course I had to come up with a dish that has a Champagne-based sauce that would elevate your Instant Pot flavor game to the next level.
And folks, I give you a rich, creamy, Champagne sauce that will have you popping your corks all over the place!

I made this last night. It was my first time cooking one of your recipes. I had to stop after my first bite and say "Wow!" Then I did a happy dance. Thank you for your recipes. They are unreal.
You sir, are a genius. Went to the super market, no chicken. I found thin sliced bone in pork chops, and followed the recipe, exchanging the chicken for pork. Incredible!

I made this tonight and it came out delicious. I used chicken tenderloins and cut them into bite-size pieces instead of chicken breasts. We had it with the no-knead artisan bread that I made. Thank you for your amazing recipes.
OMG! Made this last night, family & friend loved it. Such compliments my head was ready to burst. I always let people know "This is a Jeffery recipe". I made extra chicken (about 3lbs), browned ahead of time in my ROCK frying pan and set aside.
I wondered where you have been. Welcome back. In the meantime. I recently bought all new stainless kitchen appliances but found that I don't need them thank's to my new instant pot and all of your yummy recipes. I met a lady who had an IP but didn't like it, she used it once and put it away. I told her about your vids. and next time I saw her, she is not only using her pot but telling her friends about you. Same! My neighbor had one she wasn’t using, I was wanting one so bad but wasn’t in my budget, we are apart of a gifting page on FB and I made a post for an ask, she said I don’t even use mine , you can have it !!! I was so excited. I use it almost everyday. I even , finally after YEARS of wanting a CZcams channel, made my first 2 videos. He’s such a inspiration more than he knows . His show made me know I could use it and do wonders with it, I had so many say things to deter me , but it’s REALLY EASY to use . I’m so glad I came across his channel 💜

I made the Champagne Chicken tonight. Unfortunately I did not have champagne so it was "white wine chicken". It was delicious. I made it for 3 people and there was nothing left. I served it with wild rice, fresh corn on the cob and hot baguettes. I am going to try your Voo Doo recipe.

There is nothing better than a beautiful, organized, well equipped kitchen. CONGRATS!
I made this today. I used an artisan garlic herb cheese spread. Instead of the cherry tomatoes, I used a well drained can of Italian stewed tomatoes chopped up. I seared the chicken for 3 minutes per side and set my pot to 6 minutes. The chicken was spoon tender! The sauce is addictive. I also will have enough sauce left over to put over pasta or even mashed potatoes. Also, I set my saute setting to Normal. It was plenty hot enough throughout the recipe steps.

You have outdone yourself yet again. I just made this recipe tonight and we enjoyed it immensely. My bestie said that this was his favorite of all time. The sauce was incredible and I had to lick my plate clean! There was lots of leftover sauce too so we served it over pasta for an amazing meal. Thank you Jeff!!
