@@SortiaNZ nope not at all. I recommend using boneless skinless chicken thighs rather than chicken breast though. It tastes better in this dish and is less likely to dry out. It’s really good!!!!
Yummy. I started with 1/2 chopped onion and 1/2 lb stir fry beef on sauté. After a little cooking I removed the beef. Continue with the rest of the recipe and toss the beef back in when mixing in the sauce.
Ok guys, I came home on break for about 45 minutes today between shifts and FINALLY decided to make this recipe. It turned out amazing!! Literally from start to finish, including clean up took 30 minutes. I did add some carrots and broccoli that I zapped in the microwave for 2 minutes. The noodles came out perfect...no sticking and the sauce is super flavorful. Next time I will add 2 tbsp of the chili garlic sauce as I only added 1. Jeffrey, this recipe is a winner just like all of your others that I have tried! Can't wait for my next pot luck dinner...my neighbors will flip. Thank you so much for everything you do to bring us new and delicious meals to try
Made this yesterday; the first time I used my new Instant Pot. A massive success. Even “she who must be obeyed” was impressed! Added some chillis with the pepper, and used wholemeal spaghetti. Just devine. A lot more confident now to use my Instant Pot. Great recipe. 🌈👍😎
I tried this recipe last night and agree with some of the comments that, it is too salty. I tweaked it a little bit. I would recommend using water in place of the garlic broth and up the cook time to 10 minutes. I also steamed some broccoli and added it to cut down the salt, as well. I have tried a lot of your recipes and really have enjoyed your wit, energy and your skill. I appreciate you and thank you for helping, even a klutzy cook like me, serve up some tasty vittles.
I made this tonight and absolutely delicious…I’m a vegetarian so I tweaked it a bit and used veggie broth and my husband who is a very fussy eater had two helpings! A winner in my book! Thank you for sharing and will be buying your cookbook!
These noodles are amazing! I make this dish for my family 3 or 4 times a month. Your cookbook has made me so much more adventurous in the kitchen. Thank you, Jeffrey!
Made this last night and it was delicious, quick and easy. I mixed in about 12 oz of Costco chicken cut up in about 2” pieces before I placed spaghetti. Husband and I both loved it. Leftovers even better! Your recipes never fail Jeffrey!!!
Just made this, used kamut spaghetti noodles and veganized it with vegan butter and omitting the oyster sauce, used teriyaki instead. When I tell you this meal is so good! I looove Asian cuisine and this is my first time making some, will be making this again 😄
Tried this for the first time tonight! Dang! Mmmmmm! My family doesn't like spicy hot stuff or mushrooms. (Boo for me!) So I made it without the chili sauce or mushrooms. I diced an onion up to saute with the peppers. and for the sauce, I substitute ginger for garlic ginger that I had around, and also added a 1/4 cup of fish sauce. Dang was that ever tasty. Faster than anything else I had in mind to make tonight too! I'll be making this again for sure!! Thank you!
Thank you for the wonderful recipe for this “gawlllllhhhlic” noodles. Love your recipes. ******* Just made this wonderful dish, easy tasty and very pleasing plated.********
I am very visually impaired and love to cook new foods. Thanks to the Instant pot and your easy to follow recipes, I can enjoy cooking again. Love your vast array of recipes.

Woow 😲😲😲 look so good and fresh, don't need meat, fish just so delicious.
5:53 I love this recipe! I just finished my dinner, and I am so full of goodness. I followed the recipe exactly, except that I only used one tablespoon of garlic hot sauce. thank you so much!
Thanks Jeffrey! We tried this one tonight, and gave it a 6 out of 10. It was a little too salty and a little too sweet for our liking. (We didn't alter anything about the recipe.) BUT... regardless we are still HUGE fans, and look forward to every new video! Your split pea soup is still the best we've ever had.
Made this tonight. Wow! Delicious, easy and the ingredients even fit into my small 3qt model. That bit of tarragon is genius!! I made two slight changes. For some protein, I added some cubes of chicken thigh meat along with the noodles, and I used whole wheat spaghetti. I also prefer a thicker sauce, so I made a small corn starch slurry and added that at the very end while it was keeping warm. Next up - the Dan Dan noodles.
This looks amazing and I only need a few additional items from the grocery store. I plan to do this for dinner tomorrow-maybe add some shrimp to the mix! I love your videos, they’re so “regular person accessible”. The Onion Soup Chicken recipe was delicious!
I made this for dinner tonight and it was soooooo good!!! I added slices of chicken when sauteing the vegetables, as suggested as an option in the cookbook. Yum yum yum!! 😋
Ok, I preordered your cookbook. Then I joined WW, so when I got my cookbook I kind of sadly put the book aside. Then came the pandemic and I couldn’t go to meetings so I’ve slowly stopped...since no one keeps me accountable. Lol! So glad I watched this! Got my book out and I’m going to try one recipe a week! This recipe will be first!! It looks so good!! Thanks!! 🤓
I'm doing Noom. But I have the cookbook, making and eating many of these delicious recipes! Just cut ✂️ your portion size. This way you can eat any of these yummy dishes, and still lose weight! 😋
Hey Jeff. I just wanted to say I love your recipes. I always get good results unlike other instant pot recipes. I was wondering if there was a way you could maybe do some prep ahead freezer instant pot meals along with how to cook them.
Oh my, this is too funny! I'm watching your video while cooking dinner. I'm working on an instant pot recipe for chicken marsala pasta and as I'm chopping mushrooms I'm thinking, oh man! Maybe I should make this instead. At the end of the video when you show your cookbook, I had to laugh out loud. I'm actually cooking out of your cookbook. I got it from the library where I work and didn't associate it with your Channel, even though I watch your videos all the time. I'm literally cooking the recipe on the page following the one you just showed. This is our fourth recipe we've made out of your cookbook and we have loved them all. I don't typically buy cookbooks because I normally get all my recipes online, but yours is the exception. I'm ordering it tonight.
I made this and it was sooooo good! OMG I thoroughly enjoy your recipes. I have made several of your dishes. Had I not run across your channel I would have not made almost any with the exception of the pot roast. I love roast but the flavor of your recipe was amazing!!! I combined the 2 versions. I live in New Orleans and love food!!! I plan to try your gumbo recipe this week. I’ll be sure to comment.
I gotta admit, aside from making this multiple times and it being absolutely delicious, I do come back and watch the video on occasion just to hear you say "Asian Garlic Noodles"!
I can't wait to make this but first I have to finish a batch of your most excellent Pasta Bolognese that I made yesterday! I think I will also add some chicken to it at the end and add some broccoli to it too. Looks great! But then again, all 32 of your recipes from the website that I have made have been great! Thanks for the great recipes! As always, my very very best to you, Richard, and Banjo! Take care!
Yeah, I like that idea. Also...sesame oil is a seasoning oil, not a sauteeing oil. I'd cut the oil in half and use avocado oil, then use the sesame oil instead of butter to "lubricate" the noodles. And of course I'd use a good Asian noodle.
Well Jeff you’ve done it again. The husband raves about this dish. Took the leftovers to work and have just forwarded the link to your site to all of his colleagues. They all want the recipe. Am sure this is amazing on its own, but added some chopped up rotisserie chicken for a little protein. Amazing recipe as it is. Thanks
Just made this recipe for my family and it was great! 10/10. I used chicken broth instead of Garlic broth but The only thing I will do differently next time is add in some kind of protein maybe shrimp
Wow, that looks so awesome and amazingly good....I want to try this, but without the spice, not supposed to have that. You are so creative and your food is always delish. Thanks so very much. Stay safe and healthy.... Claudia
Just cooked this last night and it was AMAZING!!! QUICK, EASY, and TASTY!!! I love this recipe so much. This is super good if you are short on time and hungry. :D
Whoa Jeff!!! Im sold! Gonna add shrimp to it when I let it sit and firm up. Thanks for so many easy recipes and for the constant laughs during your videos.
I may try adding some sliced five spice tofu into it. Love the recipe and how passionate you are on EVERY video!😊🙏 **This was sooo yummy! I'm adding this to my Chinese New Year Dinner Friday! My family is quite diverse so this dish fits in perfectly!
Could you add the udon noodles just as he did and have them turn out cooked as well? I don’t have any experience with them, but I was kinda wondering about a different noodle choice as well 🤔
@@wandizzlecharles4669 they are not as brittle as spaghetti.. you can get them either fresh or frozen. either one would work. put the noodles in at the same time as the sauce and let them get cooked with the residual heat. that should work out fine..
Joanne Trombley ... his clam chowder is delicious! I’ve made it a couple of times now and it always turn out great. Last night I made his linguine and clams with a white wine sauce and it was amazing! I love his cookbook 😊
This recipe is amazing!! I have limited culinary experience and I’m so happy to have a dish up my sleeve that tastes this great. We liked the sauce so much we doubled up on that and added some beef in there as well. I’ll have to check out that cookbook!!!
I made this with chicken added while cooking the mushrooms peppers and garlic. It came out excellent. Will definitely make this again.
I was thinking the same thing or possibly using thinly sliced beef.
Did that change the cooking time at all
@@SortiaNZ nope not at all. I recommend using boneless skinless chicken thighs rather than chicken breast though. It tastes better in this dish and is less likely to dry out. It’s really good!!!!

Jeffrey that is a recipe I've been waiting for!!! I am ready with all the ingredients!
Thanks so much!!! You're the best!
Jeff - another outstanding dish. The Chinese take a way will miss my coins!
Thank you for all you do! Happy Holidays.
Jeffrey, I ordered your cookbook today and can't wait to get it. I will be making Asian Garlic Noodles very soon!
Made this. Excellent! 😋 I only used one Tbsp. of garlic chili sauce because I was afraid two would make it too hot. It was perfect.
I am very overwhelmed😮
