I am also suffering with the same problem. As you said I am also doing some exercises of frozen shoulder pain relief but found that when I do exercise the severity of pain increased. I can't take sound sleep at night due to the pain in the right hand shoulder. Also the same I have experienced that when I have take some things from the rack/upper drawer of the cupboard severe pain found and also noticed kat kat noise.
How much long time it takes to live with normal life again ?

This person is taking 600 rupees as consultation fees for talking 2 minutes and after that he sends few video links which are already available online. He does not know how to read MRI report . In fact he never reads the MRI report of the patient. When he speaks in the video, he appears very nice, but it is actually his business and he is not an expert at all. Waste of 600 rs. His only job is to follow the exercises prescribed by an orthopaedic doctor or through his vast experience,he is able to speak to the patient and suggest him exercises.
Rs 600 or 6000 is his fees and it is his right
