BUILDING BODY MOUNTS, FIXING RUST, BOXING THE FRAME, AND MORE!

- In this video I get the front sheet metal mounted back on the Travelall project. Since we added the 2003 Silverado/Sierra front frame there is a couple of things we need to do. First we have to fix some rust that's on the core support. Second we have to build the mounts that we are going to use. Third we have to box the frame with clearance for the radiator. Lastly, we have to finally build the mount points for the core support and bumper brackets.

Love the travel all videos !!!
I say 8 trips with the dust pan to the trash can
8 trips is CORRECT!
That cross member really completes the looks of the mounts. Great idea
Binge watching to get caught up with the current material. I'm VERY impressed with the mounts and other fabrication you did. You are truly skilled man!
Thank you sir!
I can't get enough if pudding sense of humor and he just a good guy with a love for family and what he lives to do....

I really appreciate your concern for form in your fabrication. I need the inspiration to take the time to stop, to a breath, and make it look right instead of just done
good to see ya cranking out videos
I try to do one a week, minimum! Good to see ya watching them man! I appreciate that!
Been watching the new posts so decided to start going back and watching the older posts. It’s interesting watching your personality start coming through.
Nice welds and fabrication with limited resources. Enjoying the videos, inspiring. Keep up the good work!
7 Trips with the Dust pan,Keep the videos coming,Got my ideas FLOWING
Every one of your videos is instructive, entertaining, and funny at times. Your camera work and editing is top notch. U DA MAN.
Love seeing all this rust repair. This is a real build.

Ringin in the new year with Puddin. Had to go back and see the Travelall build because I found Puddin mid YeeHawl. Been keepin up with the new stuff, and catchin up with the old stuff since.
Pretty amazing job, my friend. I've been following your new videos but watching all your old ones as well. You give some great ideas and tips so I very much appreciate your informative videos!
Those mounts and crossmember look killer!
Love the music!
I would never have time or patience to something like this to my 66 step side IH.
I’m thoroughly enjoying watching you use your creativity and talent.
Thank you for watching.
I really like watching your videos. 9 trips with the dust pan
The bumper sucked up to that core support is perfect! Looks like the ends finish well with the wheel wells as well. (yea, a play on wheel & well there).
Nice fabrication work looking smick. 6 trips with the dust pan. Yeah I know I'm live 12 months late but did I win. lol.
I woulda pulled the trash can over after my second dust on trip. But seeing the pile of rust you showed, I’ll say 7. Seeing the 77 is you favorite number.
Craftsmanship to a high level....
this is enteresting to watch you can tell you have changed alot since this build its a good thing
I like this build series. I hadn’t seen it before.

Lying in bed with the Chinese virus catching up on your ‘origin story’. Some really nice work there, will be able to get off my arse in the next few days to get my C10 closer to completion. And 10 trips, when do I get my cozy! Please continue Sir!

Perfect timing glad I found your video. I just bought a 54 Chevy and it has a Camaro front. Currently the front fenders are sitting on the frame so I need to make body mounts up front along with custom brackets for the front bumper. Thanks for the motivation send direction.
I hope the video helps some how! Get after it! Knock it out.
Sweet Patina!

Hey pudd. I’ve been going through the beginning videos of the travel everywhere. I’ve got several 59 chevy steosides. And a 2000 chevy Silverado that ain’t worth making roadworthy again but has a good airframe. So I’m gonna borrow your ingenious idea you used how to swap front clips. I got a bare 80 camero front subframe but I’d rather use the truck. Thank you for making it look like it’s idiot proof to swap with good measurements.from the same point of references that is. Lmao. Love ya brother just had to Jab at ya lol. It is so funny watching these older videos as to how you were trying to be so professional and now we get crazyass rap videos oh let’s not for the “mortskys man porn “ pressure washing videos lmao. I’m so glad you have loosened up and having fun with us now days. Stay true to you brother! Thank you brochacho.

I was gonna say hope you drug the can to the pile and made no trips but I read 8 lol. Great work and great video 🙌🏼
It was 8 through out the process! Not all at once!
Great job Jacob! I wish I could think creatively like you do. It makes my brain hurt to try to figure all that out! Good job !
The best advice I ever got when I was 18 was “with a cutting torch, welder, and a little imagination you can build anything”
LOL! That’s good advice! I have a cutting torch and welder, I guess the thing I’m missing is a “little imagination” ! 😃
Maybe not! I was still nervous to do stuff. The same guy then told me “ the good thing about metal is if you cut it in the wrong place you can weld it back together, you cant do that with wood”
Nice job, greetings from Holland
