I have been following the CG method for quite some time however the second after wash, my hair becomes dry so I wanted to know how do you maintain curls after the first-day wash and how you style it while going to work or outside, do you tie a pony?

Yesterday only I came to know about CG products and methods...thank you soo much.. I use mild shampoos like dheedhi or home made thaali..so which shampoo should I use before I start cgm.
Use any shampoo like deedhi for first wash

But im a dentist and very hard to mantain my curls.
During this COVID times a lot of friends have asked me about my curls and how i mantain them following COVID protocols. I told them i follow your tips about refresh and every third day hair wash. How do you prevent itchy scalp and prevent dandruff. Let me know what product to use for a good and long lasting hair smell.

Hey!! Glad it helped u❤️. For itchy scalp make sure u do a scalp massage once at night using ur favourite oil. Make sure it's a light oil and you use only few drops. I use RX oil but u can even try curl up pre poo oil. Both of these have a really nice smell.
I use RX oil but my husband is not a big fan of its smell but he dsnt want me to discourage my CG method . That why i asked about a hair spray or something

I've used this in the early days before I knew of CG. I'm not sure if the ingredients are CG friendly though. Please check my first video where I explain how to check the ingredient list of products.

Hi, is it possible to oil our hair, if yes which type oil is preferred..
U can use any oil which u currently use for pre poo. Just make sure u are not using too much and concentrating on scalp and ends

Dandruff is a medical condition and it's best to get a medicated shampoo. Make sure u DC after using it as it can be quite drying
