do try Arata. in india we don't really have cheap options. but Arata is fairly cheaper.
Iam new to CGM. Can you suggest a foaming shampoo because after oiling the oil won't completely rinse off from my hair.

Hi. I have been following your videos. They are very informative and useful. Today, I need you to tell me a solution to the problem I face. I live in Coimbatore and the water here is hard water. I want to know what measures can we take while using this water for doing our CG routine. Please note I have no access to normal water so ..I am helpless
Hmm that's tough. Only thing I can think of is use filtered drinking water as a last rinse. Else there are even water softeners you can fix to ur shower. I'm not sure how effective they are though.

Hair mask u need to wash off. Leave in/curl cream and gel you need to leave it on hair. Please see my video on washday sequence to get a better idea

Can you give tips. My curls are no longer coming out defined. Its getting flat. I started my cgm a few months ago, now i always get bad tangles. My hair is getting worse 😢. I clarify my hair monthly, i use earth rhythm shampoo and conditioner bar. Do you have any suggestions ？

Hi.. If combing is done only on wash days how detangling has to be done.. My hair is frizzy and very curly type and gets tangled easily..
You start CG and you will see the difference.
Can yu pls suggest some sulphate shampoos for first reset washing

Yes u can try. If ur hair feels moisturized after the conditioning u can try skipping the curl cream/leave in. Don't be scared to experiment 🤗

I started following CG some 9 months back and was using Ashba judiciously..felt happy with results.. until recently I felt that my curls was weighing down and was also curious abt This budget friendly curlup range.. gt it ordered and revd yday.. and used it today!
Just as u said.. felt the same like u! The fragrance was way too much over powering.. shampoo was ok..very normal. But good cleansing but just like u I swapped the curl cream for conditioner while in shower and was literally heartbroken..wasted way too much! But then conditioner had a good slip. Results are good but fragrance is 😢 may cause headache ! The gel is amazing.. I loved both curl cream and gel.good replacement for cantu.( I have cantu but it's tricky qty matters but love the results ..sometimes feels oily !

Hmmm not sure dear what is included in the hair spa. Each parlour does their own thing. If they are using products which are CG friendly and not causing any permanent alterations to your hair it should be fine.

I have tried arata a long time ago and I have found it little heavy. Curl up works better for me. But it really depends on ur hair

I used the curl up cream and got heavy hair fall.. it's the worst product i have ever used.. really disappointed
Hmm that's unfortunate. Have other products worked better for u? Cg should not cause any hairfall, but sometimes hair takes a little time to transition into natural curls. I would suggest to keep it and use it again after 6 months and see if u still see the same effect

U know what! She cut that herself so I dunno who can give this cut in kerala. It's called an inverted Bob/curly bob. If u have a good hair stylist show them the pic and see if they can do it

There are so many depending on ur budget. To start I can suggest curl up curl cream, fix my curls or ashba (this is my favourite)
