Try reducing the product qty of stylers. It will give more frizz and hence more volume. If curls are too defined it will look like there's less volume. Also do a nice fluff when sotc

No, I don't take or suggest taking any supplements. It's safer to get ur blood work done to check for any deficiencies and get them prescribed by a doc👍🏽

Hi dhivya, why do hair get dry the very next day of wash day , i m struggling to add moisture and style it day 2 and 3 . Any tips ?
Since cg routine does not have silicones, u may feel ur hair becomes more dry initially. But as u progress it gets better. Check out my video on how to refresh hair on non washdays and also make sure u are doing a weekly deep conditioning.

That will be very minimum. its ok. Most of the extra product and water will get absorbed in the t-shirt.
My curls starts from mid length and the remaining top portion is puffy and doesn’t have defined curls . This happens on day 2 onwards after the wash day . What do I do?

Dhivya, Iam following CGM for past 3 months. How do you manage wet frizz and webbing? For me eventhough I style soaking wet hair, when i scrunch after gel, hair gets frizzy. I mean some hair strands loosen up from the clump. Any tips for managing wet frizz?
Some points I can think of is - try perfecting praying hands when styling, make sure u do weekly DC, try styling on damp hair instead of soaking wet, make sure u spend sometime and work ur products into the hair.
I'am trying all those. Hopefully it gets improved as the hair gets healthy.
Also when we do upside down styling, how do you manage to curl your nape hair?

@@DhivyaSahadevan I am also facing same issue as Ainu is facing...I used wow shampoo, conditioner, leave in and gel from curl up and for SOTC I used biolage matrix deep smoothing serum but I get a lot of freez after doing SOTC and if don't do it then I have a cast in hair. I don't understand what to do!
