    We can never get enough content about the 1-2. Please upload a video of how to set it up, when to throw it ... etc. Because if my opponent see it coming, simple pull back would be enough to avoid it, and maybe even getting countered.

    Only thing you need to focus on is his hip movement! If you're not moving your hips like that, you're fighting yourself.

    Normally I would twist little bit of my feet to throw punches in a same time. The purpose is to charge power from the feet bring to the arm when throw punches

    I usually lean to my left when I throw the cross to get my head off centre line, and if I’m fighting south paw I lean to the right when throwing left cross

    Its great to know the correct technique but some of the great boxer don't always have best technique but they make up for it with their exceptional physical attributes ie: Pacquiao threw alot of arm punches granted he was a freak of nature athlete!

    Btw, can you use arm punches to set up loaded punches? I use my cross, and when I miss, I get punished, I'll test it out in sparring to catch them off guard

    What's the difference between loading too much and the correct one? I'm trying to look at the difference and it's hard to see. Is it just snapping back faster? I'm usually told to "open my punches". Not sure what that means. Please help Tony

      It's context sensitive. If your opponent is reeling and covering up, heavy hands can be warranted. But you don't want to waste energy otherwise - and it's important to note that just using correct technique makes a straight right hand the hardest punch you can throw, because you can "push it through their face" in a way that momentum-only punches cannot. Plus it is much easier to gain power by moving forward than exerting yourself, with a straight punch. If you've ever seen someone get sprawled out back on their ass, it's almost always just a straight right hand punch straight through their face that does it.
