Yeah, I feel he made a decent point when he talked about the fact that some Oaths were hard to keep when under such a circumstance
I mean, with a king like Aerys, or Maegor or Aegon the Unworthy, you've got to consider what "serving" them entails. Jamie obeyed more Oaths than he broke the day that he killed Aerys.

It's obviously hypocritical to call Jaime the "worst" oathbreaker. However, I can see why he's deemed as such. He didn't just break every path he took. He also committed the worst possible crime in a kingdom when he killed "the mad king." Regencide has throughout history been the ultimate crime that demanded the ultimate punishment. The books may be fiction, but they're based on medieval England and Europe. It didn't matter how evil or hated the king was. A king was a king and anointed by God himself, so killing one was an act against God. Now, add on the fact Jamie took the vows of a Kingsguard and broke every sacred vow he took on top of killing the king, I can understand and even agree to a certain point with him being considered the worst oathbreaker of all time. ESPECIALLY since everybody knew of all his sins and broken vows. Don't get me wrong, I understand and agree with why Jaime killed the mad king, and he was obviously manipulated by Cersei. Unfortunately, that doesn't change the fact that he did everything he has done.

Does the king guard have to take a vow of celibacy? Because I checked the Kings guard oath, and all it said is that they should held no land, take no wife, and father no children.

that's what it implies, since nobles shouldn't be going round visiting brothels or having hookups with random women. We know that is not really the case, but they cannot be seen to be in a relationship with anyone. If even Tywin Lannister (a knighted man himself) can indulge in the odd excursion, pretty sure the KG do as well.
Someone like Barristan Selmy or Aemon the Dragonknight would take the vow to heart and dedicate themselves to practicing swordfighting and horse riding instead of indulging in the fleshy delights. Even Ser Loras Tyrell, the shiny Tyell flower lad who loves stags throws himself into the assault that eventually wins the crown Dragonstone, getting grave wounds in the process.
Then we have the likes of Jaime, Prince Lewyn and the aforementioned knight who had several wives.
one big gap is not in the literature- how did Daeron II's Kingsguard fare in the Blackfyre Rebellion? did they stay loyal? did they join Daemon Blackfyre? Were they Aegon IV's kingsguard?

The thing is, the oath is to “father no children”. There’s nothing about no sex.
