- The plaintiff dated the defendant for three years, and they have a child together. She says the defendant is insecure, falsely accused her of cheating, and became physically abusive. The defendant reportedly agreed to pay a portion of rent with the plaintiff, but after he moved out, he stopped paying. She’s suing him for that unpaid rent. The defendant insists the plaintiff is the violent one, and he had to move out. She allegedly ripped up his clothes, threatened him with a knife, and busted his car windows. The defendant is countersuing the plaintiff for car damage.

As soon she said he punched her in the face..everybody gasps for air like “oh my God” then she admits to being violent with him and everyone starts laughing. I don’t condone hitting women AT ALL, I think it’s weak for MEN to do so. However, the double standard has to go, because the violence towards men these days from women is overlooked in my opinion. I’m glad she lost. A lot of people think busting windows out of cars and bleaching clothes are an acceptable response to getting your heart broken. They gotta understand that even though ppl can understand why you may have done it, it is illegal and you gotta suffer the consequences if you don’t control yourself.
