He’s suing for unreturned property and lost wages. The defendant argues the plaintiff lied about being a barber. She’s countersuing for breach of contract, late fees, and unpaid rent.

@@lizhiggins4805 the judge was saying he had some inexpensive clippers at home. The plaintiff said “that’s why they’re home” meaning they are low quality, below professional standards, and don’t belong in a reputable barber shop. Quality clippers are not cheap.

I wouldn’t be surprised if him not being licensed would come back and get her. She probably hasn’t checked anybody for licenses and the board would come for her with fines. Idk why she thought bringing that up was a good idea because if I was the board, I’d be coming in for a surprise inspection. As a “business owner” you make sure you are covered
