One-off rotary engined DKW race bike with custom ejector exhaust

In this video Ben Hardman from Raysons Exhausts explains to us the process he used for making a custom exhaust for a 1972 DKW W2000 rotary engined racing motorcycle.

I remember practicing at Brands around 1988 and Nation&co turned up on the Norton Rotaries. Turned the track day upside down as they were so bloody quick. It was a great sight. Before they stopped the open testing one came flying past my dog slow 250cc Ducati, new pants needed……..

Lovely bike guys.
Just one observation of the close up of the front engine sprocket, it looks like the chain split link is fitted incorrectly ie the link opening should be facing backwards when viewed on top run of chain🤷
