I've put a card of the complete build in the beginning of each of these
individual parts, so if CZcams recommended this video to you, but you
haven't seen the full build video, watch that instead, as it's the full
thing start to finish.
Doctor motor school going. At school teacher nothing anything gain too school.
Question: “Café racer” or “Caff racer”? One is correct.
Nicely job Man, greetings from Mandello 🦅🇮🇹👍
I like that you leave in those grunts of frustration. Makes it that much more relatable. Sick build bro
I have accidentally watched 10 of your videos. I wanna do what you do and have a lot to learn. Thank you for posting your work. Subscribed.
There's something mysterious with Moto Guzzi. Always fascinated by these bikes.
And I'm hardcore Japanese bikes fan.
The builder is clearly a person without proper knowledge of metalworking yet. He still manages to get it done but the process and end results do need to be refined. Good job, you are on your way to be a good metal fabricator some day.
I'm a machinist and mechanic by trade, and only in my mid-20's, so no, I don't have all the trades mastered yet :) that will come with time.
@@DoctorMotorcycle my god I want to teach you how to tig weld so bad after watching this. Everyone starts somewhere though. Keep going young brother.
Twin turbos on a twin cylinder... You, sir, are a madman.
Great build yet again, from someone who knows what he,s doing ,unlike American Chopper who made millions from not having a clue
American chopper - each week they'd recreate pretty much the same bike but with a different scheme using lots of bought in parts . And every week the result would look stupid . A real build takes time and ingenuity and patience , not just coke and steroids and shouting.
What a great job you did - also, the editing was perfect, it was fun to watch all the fabrication! Well done mate.
Also I love the way the Moto Guzzi engines sound. If I were riding again, I'd look hard at them.
First Time I see "ASMR" and "twin turbo" in the same title. It's gonna be interesting

Thank you for making it as ASMR😭🫶🫶

When there’s no milk for the cereal you just poured
It is comming together real nice!
I've never been into motorcycles, but I love these builds.
I love watching this build man.
Impressive job Doctor. Both technically and aesthetically. Great video
I concur.
I admire the skill and knowledge. Even though the finishing details could be a lot better, we must not forget the purpose of this video and this would be the illustration of what it takes to build something like this. Well done sir.
I'm baffled by the 190 thumbs down....I guess their engineering and building skills are far better than his. I'll believe it when I see it...LOL
Bloody great video 👍 no irritating music just sounds of tools an welding. Other wannabe video makers please note 🤔
no music,no irritating commentry just doing what you know and doing it well, thanks, built not bought.
That's looking great, thank you DM!!
Great work! Super clean 👌
This is your best one yet.
Awesome progression!!
☀️😎🇺🇸☀️
Thanks 👍
Great editing and great build 👍.
Somebody get this man a Tig!!
Yes, please.
Great! Thanks for sharing.
Clever stuff,well done
Excellent project 👍
You are the machine man
Solo un hombre es capaz de demostrar que se equivoca y esos detalles me siguen motivando a seguir en la vida de la mecánica
At 2:55 you replaced the original oil pressure switch. Be careful, the small pin at its end is actually locating the front camshaft bearing shells which might now move/spin. Better drill and tap the top of an original oil pressure switch and screw your new connector in there. Before, look down the bore and check that the locating hole in the bearing shell is still correctly aligned to receive the end of the pressure switch.
It depends on what year Guzzi you pull from, in this case, the oil pressure switch is 2 pieces. There's the oil pressure switch, and the separate part that contains the locating pin. I only removed the oil pressure switch, the locating pin remains in-tact.
@@DoctorMotorcycle I shouldn't have questioned your Guzzi knowledge, but it was hard to see in the video. :-)
I love this bike. It's look like come from Mad Max 😁

Outstanding!
Awesome projects 😎

Beautiful bike dear friend 🌹😍
Beautifully shot video mate.
Thanks!
Great progress .its gonna sound awesome ..get rid of the plastic tee lines 😆
Impressive skill and knowledge progress in one video :) You could learn on others' mistakes, and keep it up! Good luck!!
Very cool
its all awesome i loved it and how it sounds. i would have used 2x del Orto carbs or at least 2 Keihin FCR40mm carbs 1 per turbo/cylinder easier to control fuel and a heavy acelarator pump
GRAN TRABAJO AMIGO
Very good job. I like your detailing and work.
Glad you like it

*SWEATS PROFUSELY*
At 4:56! Guaranteed security👌😬😱😂😅
Made not bought. Nothing beats it.
Hell yeah, from a fellow Jimmy.
Je croyais qu'il percé toujours avec la percussion de ca visseuse mais en faite non c'est juste qu'elle est entrain de mourir hahahaha RIP la visseuse. Enfin très cool comme projet bonne continuation.
i like your invention good👍👍
Seems like one GT15 would be plenty for this motor. It looks great! I'm curious to see how it runs.
I'll be surprised if it runs well at all. Displacement is too small for one of these let alone two. But hey, its his time and money he can do whatever he likes. Good learning exercise i guess.
@@noallegiances8676 I agree. He is barely on the compressor map with one cylinder. It will be hitting surge if he tries to push boost much higher than 6-8 psi. I don't know how accurate the maps are down that low, so I could be wrong.
All show , not to go
I have to admit, it is cool. I was trying to offer up a helpful comment instead of criticizing. @DoctorMotorcycle, how is it running?
when cutting a bolt, thread a nut on, whem youve cut, thread it off again, skim the burrs, no way you didnt have to retap that bolt...for the guage holder.
Nices video🤟
0:38 I know Chewy, hate when that happens.
Take a welding course
like TIG👍
Said the Black Smith😏
otherwise good work 😎
awesome
Complimenti
Are you going to be able to handle all this power dude ? 🤣🤣 looking great mate good choice to change oil feed 😁😁🤘🤘
😛😛😛😛😛
Good luck 🤞
Tu proyecto sebe estupendo
Wau brother I wish I have you talent fixings motorcycles
im curious about the air fuel mixture, will the motor overheat ? plus an oil cooler woulkd be good.
It would be nice to see you and your bike at the Mandello meeting in september
you are the best
nice
Bravo good.
変なASMRよりこういうののほうが好きなんだよなぁ…
Cool
Мізки, руки і хороший інструмент, велика сила.
1: Love the way you think.
2: HOLY JET SIZES BATMAN! what size jets are you running to get that to run on a single 30mm? That's the same size carb I ran on my Streaker Go kart with 350cc single
3: Drilling through the drain plug was genius for the oil return.
It's the carb I stole off the GS400 turbo, I think it's a 25ish pilot and 150 main, I don't remember, they weren't that big though. Thats all going to have to be changed during tuning. The pilot is a little too rich, will probably settle with a 17.5 or 20.
Only 1 cylinder needs fuel at any given time, so the jetting wouldn't be much different than a single cylinder. As far as the oil drain, I'm not sure how well it's going to work, as the crank vent system on these Guzzi's suck, so that line will have air pushing against the oil as it's draining. We'll see what happens.
@@DoctorMotorcycle yeah I didn't think about the return oil pressure issue. I hope it works out though.

Looking VERY NICE, as for ASMR- 1970 Daryl Starbird's Car Show - 69 Jag XKE with those 6 Chrome intake all in a row...... for a 5 year old PURE DROOL (not to mention But, also THE Batmobile and James Bond's DB5) excuse me I need to find a box of tissues. I have appeared to have squirted a small amount of fluid, much like one of the turbos in your video.
Great job , the amount of parts you had to build in order for it to work....it just shows how commited you were , congratulations
Thanks 👍
You know it's going to be a good project when the first order of business is "We need more fuel, make a bigger hole in the tank"
Next part!!!
You don't have to use thread sealant on AN fittings. I like your build. It's really cool.
I want to, though.
The bike is really cool.. but I'm wondering how you managed to keep all fingers till now..
Love from india
what a fucking educational video.
Show 👍👍🤘
a tig welder would be very useful :)
Yup, so would $2,000 ;)
@@DoctorMotorcycle $600.00
Everlast. Excellent machines.
Even just a Gas DC Mig rather than a flux core, AC, splatter master.
Супер!!!!
more time spent setting up cameras than fabbing bike,
but more entertaining than watching my wife watching the kardashishi'ans
I feel like you film by yourself. How much extra time does setting up a bunch of camera positions add to the build? Which is dope by the way!
Thanks, it takes a lot of extra time. The most time consuming part is the editing, there's sooooo many clips to edit together
@@DoctorMotorcycle might start vlogging. Looks fun but I'd forget to move the camera and "lose progress"
I missed somthing. how did you get the presure to respond properly on the bowl???
Nice build apart from your wild welding haha 😂
Your tank will leak and exhaust
Poor man's Allen Millyard. Nice.
Will need a brake upgrade… just for normal riding.
New Rotor's + Stainless Steel Lines + new EBC Sintered Pads
Hello where do you buy the fuel tank? Nice video 👍
good but here normal oil pipes for the turbo ??
For AN hoses only use aluminum AN wrench’s jus a tip
Didn't even know that was a thing tbh
@@DoctorMotorcycle yep, colour coded for AF sizes.
greetings i really like your videos building motorcycles
if you dont mind me asking witch type of mig welder do you have ?
It's a flux core welder from harbor freight.
Was that a flux core welder I saw?
Wrumm ✌🏍🏍🏍
are you welding with flux core. if so inner shield gas backed orrrr? just super curious why you nozzle is sticking out like it is... maybe some one else can answer
yeh, looks like fluxcore
Te admiro
Sono curioso di sapere il risultato finale. Dubito fortemente sull incremento degli HP.
Whats the MPG on this? Is it more economical then my prius?
Where did you get your brain from?. I gotta get me one of those and start building my own bike. Sick bike brother!.
how can you put pressure thru the caburator ?
How do you get the fuel to flow when the turbo pressure goes higher than the ambient air pressure? You need a fuel pump.
@4:30 he does wiring for fuel pump relay?
I have a fuel pump, it's hooked up to a 1:1 regulator.
full mark's for having a go, but he need's a lot more practice working with bike's,
You liked your own comment, didn't you. hahahahahaha
@@DoctorMotorcycle are you really that salty bc people point out the obvious?
Mounting turbo for a motorcycle will include but what is it bro? Can the cb250 nighthawk be mounted bro? I'm researching but it's hard for this motorcycle

You can make a tvs apache 200 with turbo?
