    Thank you so much for this! I've been trying to get more active lately and this has helped me so much!     I saved this workout for myself to get rid of belly and butt fat. Thank you, the fat remained, but my arms certainly got weaker. PS. Thanks for the channel and for the great workouts. But this particular one is not balanced.
