WORKOUT DETAILS:
➡️ Duration: 10 Minutes
➡️ Intensity: Sweaty 💧
➡️ No Equipment
➡️ 30 Sec Work, 5 Sec Rest
➡️ You'd be burning an average of 100-200 calories depending on your weight, body composition and exercise intensity.
