This home is located in the Westcliffe community in Porter Ranch which is in the San Fernando Valley, North Los Angeles County. This community is incredible and is just North of the 118 freeway which grants you easy access to the city.
They are priced to start at $1,500,000 and can be fully customized inside and out. The final product when purchased will be closer to around $2.5-3 million when said and done. Let me know what you think of this one and the others as we have several Toll Brothers home tours on the channel!

The backyard is beautiful but need to be spaced out. Everything is so close together.....looks like you’re in a maze....find your way out of every turn. And perhaps put in grass.
All space was put into the master bedroom theres not enough space in kids bedrooms...too small. Or, reduce the size of that upstairs living room.

Why don't you tell us the true price of the model home you're showing? It's not $1.5M, it's more like $3.2M!!!
Honestly these toll brothers models don't go all that crazy. You can get options like an entire 3rd floor that would get you up there, but these models aren't all that crazy..... but no the pool isn't included in the price haha

There are two things that I loved in this home, the breakfast bar and the kitchen backsplash made from onyx. Of the houses in LA that I have seen, I like the Mediterranean style and the modern home that was filled with wood.

Like the patio design, it looks safe and secure, very comfortable as well, I had a WFH job and need to get some freah air once in a while after look at monitor all day.
I listen to the water dripping down when I'm on the toilet too, there's nothing tranquil or relaxing about that (5.08).
So amazing for this price. If the house was on the west side it would easily 5 million

I love Toll Brothers Home. Theirs are unique and very functional. I also love the way you show a house. You explain everything we wanna see and explain slowly. And the camera work is the best showing well of the geography of the rooms in the house. Often many camera guys try to show off their skills with too fancy editing and tend to end up make us confused. Your camera guy is perfect. Thank you for all your team.

This 1.3 M$ house is really better 2, 3 times than a 1.2M$ house in Tokyo, Japan as I saw yesterday 👍👍👍👍
LOL...that was funny to point out they messed up the waterfall with an outlet. The front of the house was already a lame feature they had put in, but that too was likely for the sales office. FYI, your neighbors can see very easily. Those houses are way to close to each other. Likely one of those jailed in gated communities. I'm enjoying your presentation a little more :-)
Side note, the size of the master bedroom TV matches the tiny showerhead in the master bath. What were they thinking?!

That is a good starting price for these homes. These will be a lot more in a few years. If you don't go too crazy a house at 1.7 should be more than just fine.

House is superb. No doubt. But there are many flaws , an office behind kitchen what if you boss hears cooking machine noise when on call. Second in master bedroom what if someone wants to go toilet 🚽 and another person is already changing clothes from closet. Or the other way round, someone from master bedroom wants to take a new pair of clothes and rush outside while another person is using toilet or shower ? Third thing in other two bedroom the shower area was built above 🛀 bathtubs what if you have aged person living and cannot climb up and go inside the shower area. Many other small details which are not planned well I think. Otherwise it’s very good. - India 🇮🇳
