Brentwood is one of Los Angeles's most affluent neighborhoods, located on the Westside between Westwood and Santa Monica. Brentwood began as a Mexican land grant ranch sold off by the Sepulveda family. Its modern development started in the 1880s and today it boasts one of the lowest population densities in the city, with lush green pastures and coral trees along its main thoroughfare, San Vicente Boulevard. Certain parts of Brentwood on the hill side gets amazing views of the city as well as Getty Center. If you want to be close to the beach and prime parts of Westside (Bel Air, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood) then Brentwood is the best location for you. (Wikipedia)

His showings are always informative and entertaining.
And yet, as someone who is on the property ladder and looking to move up, he rarely covers any of the details I actually want to know about. It's more like a whistle-stop tour of the superficial fixtures and fittings.

Honestly, this house is the best I've seen. Such a unique blend of modern architecture with some class and calm as well. In such homes, you generally don't see such an amazing backyard, so it was nice to see. Love the videos.

Beautiful property. It’s really an art like Enes said at the end. Developers did a phenomenal job. I really like how the formal living room and family living room are separated by a wall adding to privacy, and I loved the uniformity with the finishes making all the details look very elegant.

I really love when the designer puts green and water features to entry of the modern houses. And i think this one done the job in most perfect way i have ever seen! Such a perfect entry, they even could manage to put a flower area that make you feel like walking into not a close area but into an open space. Great job! Although, I love houses that are progressive and somewhat modern, I don't like houses that are fully and completely modern because although it is a house, it wouldn't feel like a home. Therefore, this house is perfect in my opinion.

I just love the way this home is set up. Very well thought out. I love the way this home showcases all of the outdoor space this home doesn’t feel like a office because it’s a modern home I love all the details from the flooring to the contrast in colors in this unique home. The only thing I would add to this home is upper cabinets and lighting in the cabinetry to in the kitchen of this home .I just loved the fantastic presentation of this homeI love it. I love it! Incredibly well thought out, very homely feeling and a perfect house for a family of 4 or 5! And it's not too big so it would be easy to maintain and clean without a maid living with you at all times.
The architecture is just for me, clean white walls with sharp edges and wood for contrast. if only I had the money...

This house is great cuz it isn't just a bunch of space that was filled with random fancy stuff. There is no random excess space and the whole thing just looks so great together
Nice house ..love the fact that we can see green leaves through all possible windows and glass bodies throughout the house... Awesome tech's and finest engineering but still we humans need that nature's touch and this house really got that too...great job 👍
