I helped restor the house. We weren't able to restore all of the blocks do to us being on a time line and on a budget. We went above and beyond to get this house where its at today. Do to the house being very poorest we had to waterproof the entire house and butler house with 2 types of waterproof materials.. thats why it now has a sheen from a far on a sunny day. Also this house has a basement under the main courtyard, and the billers room has a door behind the bar that lead in to another room. Speaking of other rooms next to the lemon tree under the main bedroom theres a little door that leads into another little room. The original matter windows had to get replaced Because we couldn't get them clean they had used a different type of glass that you could barely see out of and no matter what we used to clean them the would still end up hazy. There's also another room with a bathroom next to the kitchen that no one ever talks about i don't know why. Lol oh and there's also a Powder Room right before you go up the steps in to the living room and dining room area. And next to the billiard room there's a laundry room. Theres so much more to this house but I don't want to be here all day if you have any questions just ask.. I know this house like the back of my hand I worked on it 4 years and the memories on this project, I will never forget and nether will my former co workers as this house brought us together and created new friendships that till this day are still around. Every time it was someone's b- day we would throw them in the pool before going home lol NO ONE GOT AWAY EVERYONE GOT THROWN IN THE POOL even our manager Gabriel.

Frank Lloyd Wrights' interiors always feel a bit more like museums than homes. Which is great for award winning innovative design, not so great on the tushy. Thx for sharing!
