This house is amazing. 2 pools are a little extra. But loved it. Favorite areas of the house was the kitchen and bonus kitchen, the little girls room and the master closets 😍

Wow, you did SO well on the Backwards Walking Obstacle Course! I spent the whole video shouting, there’s a chair behind you! Look out for the sofa! And you avoided all those water hazards. I’m sure Enes would have fallen in both the pools. I think the judges will only deduct a couple of points for hitting that chair by the pool at 8.23. I hope you still get the Gold Medal! 🥇

I generally loooove the ENTIRE home from the home office to the kitchen its beautiful .The kids bedroom is also spot on and the kids common area which has a tv and homework space too is gorgeous! Moreover, the master closets are classy, elegant and just purrrfect. Not forgetting the garage which is a two car garage and a separate one car garage perhaps for the Family Car maybe a Beau Cadillac Escalade. The pools are beautiful complimenting the back yard making it unique though l don't get why two?.....The Backyard is really an entertainers' dream! The Toll Brothers really did do it again ! Thank you Darren for the amazing tour and Raul too for the great photographics !

i wouldnt be able to keep a straight face while commenting about the two pools. why on earth would you want 2 pools? i would take a nice patch of grass or garden over a 2nd pool.

Love the house but there are two things that I would change. The floating staircases would have to be filled in and an extra chrome handrail be added to each solid wall. Love the views from the house and I noticed that the house next door had no windows facing the pool.
The tiling throughout was exquisite and I wonder if they were Italian?

I think this is the first Toll house I actually really like.
I've seen this toll brother's model in a few other videos with the dual staircases and two wings with master suite on one side and landing area plus 2 bedrooms with baths on the other with slight variations in design and staging. Maybe a glass elevator to the catwalk between the staircases would be cool or customizing the downstairs office to be a downstairs bedroom with blinds for the sliding doors.
Thanx for mentioning the lot size too... if possible then please do mention the lot size too in all you future videos.. thanx for the wonderful videos..really enjoy your work👍🏼👍🏼... 🇮🇳✌🏻
Best house you've featured lay-out-wise but lacks the modern amenities like theater and gym. If it has a basement with all the amenities I mentioned plus a sauna, it would definitely be "to die for".

1hr or 50 miles drive is the God1-6 min distance for area or city 50 acres limit Zone. Texas everything bigger maybe 45 miles area limit Zone exception in whole lot of nothing empty area between small cities.

Is there a guess room to this house and how much is this house? Also I want to know are there any HOA fees when I buy till brother homes? And another thing I want to know do they allow for some customization? My husband and I want to have a garden due to the shortages at the grocery stores. We like to have a plan B. But we do like a pool. Let me know we will mostly be buying a home sometimes next year. Which is right around the corner.
