Why would anyone move to vegas when there are similarly priced houses in the north... It's quite nice and modern, much less mesa colors than they too often do. Still a little farm house influence there that they should get rid of and of course missing out on the obvious infinity pool, big miss but overall pretty good. Clumsy Wolf stove should be replaced with european electric. Those big red knobs are so duplo lego. It's not a truck, it's a cook top. Wood beams and panel ceilings are unnecessary complications. Some nice square spots instead. Clasic curtains I might not do either. Avoid small tile designs, tends to look older. But overall I see these developments as top picks for getting into modern luxury and still be quite driveable LA unless you work far south. It's 10-15 minutes from universal. This house is one of their better designs for sure if not the best.

The pay is good. Really good. But, we’re barely starting our credit scores. Sigh. I’m very interested though. I hope in a few years.
