Thats because it's not this price. Misleading. alot of realtors lately giving the starting price of just a empty shell with no pool , land scaping and lesser materials and fixtures, but passing it off as what you will get at $1.6m. As it sits in this video, add another $500k minimum..
This house is probably triple the price...

Because Toll Brothers gives you such a small lot, I would ask for all the top-of-the-line amenities except for a swimming pool. Even though it's a small pool it does take up what little space there is in the backyard. I'd rather utilize that for more seating and entertainment space. Otherwise you'd always be telling your guests to watch their step so they don't fall in the pool.
