I really enjoy seeing all of the marble in the bathroom and that closet was something else, the way that the drawers lit up when you opened them!! Spectacular backyard 👌 the palm 🌴 trees make it feel like a resort for sure. Love the pocket doors, those puppies are expensive!! Good that they do tiling in the bathroom till the edge of ceiling. Lot of builders in my country cut cost by tiling 3/4th of the portion.

In terms of solar panels... What do those really supply in terms of energy...? I have 34 panels for 3800sq ft to offset all costs. Here in palm springs California (granted, yes we have high summer costs, but other wise I'm am SLIGHTLY over producing). So for a home of that size are those even adequate to offset the costs in their entirety or just partially
nice vid as always.you seemed unconvinced about this house because the way your explaining things you didnt had same energy you had in other tours. btw if you are using phone as your main camera either use pixel or s20 because when you see videos which were recorded on iphone on big screen in 4k or !440 or 1080 it gets grainy
I don't get it why people need a leaving room inside their'e bedroom, if this house was mine all this section would be my closet, you know, the man who owns a shoes collection needs a bigger closet than this
