i would say that of all the videos you posted this is the one i like the most, so far. there is something warm and cozy vibe to it and it still has that traditional home feeling but with a modern twist.

JP at 8:40 the small side sofa by the informal dinning room is called a 'banquette' (ban cat) and at 11:58 the shading structure above the spa is a 'pergola' . Pls feel free if you ever mind comments like this ones and i'll stop doing it.

Thank you for another Toll Brothers home, I really enjoyed the Italian style of this one 😀 The entryway was phenomenal, so many details in this home 🏡 You are getting better and better with your presentation, I like this format and how you take your time and don't rush.
