this is day 10 of my no fap challenge started from 1/7/2023,, and i eged a few times .Now i find myself in the great battle against sexual urges Pray for me pray for us all.
Find something that will remind you not to relapse. Like your background on your phone or something, you can make it motivational. Also whenever your urges get big I would suggest you start doing physical activity right away like push-ups or shadow boxing just anything to get those thoughts of your mind. And when you even want to go a step further you could do a cold shower.
What helped for me as well was finding out where the urges came from, was it from tiktok, insta or something else and act upon in. GL soldier!

I have been fapping for nearly 10 years.
I discovered No Fap in 2020 and have been part of the self-improvement army since then. I relapsed many times, but I recently hit (and counting) 16 days of No Fap, my longest streak in a decade. I trained myself not to edge either.
My best advice is to make No Fap your sole purpose. This is a real addiction. You will undergo psychological and physiological challenges like you never experienced as you progress through your journey. Your mind will play tricks on you. But you will take back your mind.
It will feel challenging because you never tried to fight an addiction, but it is possible. The benefits are real and we all have a righteous and profound mission to become strong men and find a real meaningful relationship.
Each day be proud of yourself. To victory!
