Glad to say I have completely broken all urges. I no longer feel any of it, no matter how long my streak gets and no matter what I see. The world tells you addiction is out of your control, that you need a therapist or medication to get through it. The truth is so much better. The true key to breaking your addictions is to man up and stop. It is that simple. If you are still struggling with addiction, start going to the gym and trying to make as much money as possible, in the end you will respect yourself too much to relapse. I hope you all make it.
