Tell you what, Aryna Sabalenka has amazing fighting spirit and has such a strong refusal to lose, that no matter where she is in the match, she could very well take the match and win. Soon to be top 10 and hopefully top 5 this year. Tell you what, the future is bright for women’s tennis, with Sabalenka and Osaka doing well and them proving to be the next big stars in the game. But Aryna is a much more stronger player mentality, and today proved it. Hope she wins a slam soon, congrats Aryna!!!

Wta needs decenr rivalry n consistenf players. Both sabalenka n osaka looks consistentI like best thing about them before them girls would win slams n become inconsistent. Whereas Osaka n sabalenka r both consistent. Wta don't have a decent rivalry n consistent players since serena azarenka sharapova

Naomi has a grand slam but still Sabalenka excells her with 66% career win loss over osaka only 54...sabalenka is better player than naomi and has more powerful ground strokes..... She tackles well with top guns of wta

But kerber has 300 losses that doesn't mean she is bad player. Sabalenka become pro in 2017 n played first wta tournament in 2017. Where as Naomi played her first wta tournament in 2014 or 2015. Poor Alison has lost the Shenzhen final 3 times now. What sort of level will it take for her to win? She was amazing today. I'm impressed she even took a set off Sabalenka who was just like a steamroller the whole match. Good fight, better luck next time.

First time I've seen her play. She has too many technical flaws in her ground strokes. Her strokes are basically all arm strength and doesn't use her body to any advantage. She can easily be overpowered. She needs a better coach.

Sabalenka will be the breakthrough player this year no doubt. She has the fight of Masha but with more power and fitness built in. I remember watching them play in Tianjin a few years back and being in awe of how fearless Sabalenka was. Even though she lost the match because she made amateur errors, it gave her the belief that if she cleaned up her game, she can beat the best. If she can keep her confidence high, she will be unstoppable. I'm predicting she wins AO, Eastbourne, Cincy, and USOPen... don't quote me :) All these Huax need to watch out!

Congratulations Sabalenka, you've won another fan, I'll be rallying behind you as well in the AO.
I have to say though, I wish she had the winning spirit, and control the margins so her power is more effective when hitting the balls because that's important in Grand Slams. If you look at how Serena and Osaka control their power, it's well calculated yes can destroy a rally.
It's going to be beautiful to watch Sabalenka grow in 2019.

Mind it i think she would've won us open if she had defeated osaka my other fave... She is mentally tough too n scary part she is getting consistent. I hope for sabalenka vs osaka rivalry!!! Alison Riske is very close to the victory, but unfortunately the second part of the post is not well handled. I believe that there is a problem with the mentality. Perhaps it is the result of eagerness. Alison Riske is very flexible. He often plays the ball and moves the opponent. This is a good way to deal with it.
