  • These waffles are so rich in fiber that your glut health will be doing the happy dance. I used to have a lot of GI issues, but they have mostly resolved after increasing my fiber and protein intake. One waffle usually keeps me full till lunch. I hope you give this recipe a try.

    Soakers:
    ¼ Cup (40g) Chia Seeds
    ¼ Cup (25g) Rolled Oats
    ½ Cup (55g) Dried Cranberries
    ½ Cup (115g) Water
    Batter (no need to bring any ingredients to room temperature):
    2 Cups (270g) Whole Wheat Flour
    3 tsp Baking Powder
    ¼ tsp Salt
    1 ¼ Cups Buttermilk (cold)
    ¼ Cup Oil
    ¼ Cup Maple Syrup (cold)
    1 Egg (cold)
    1tsp Vanilla
