Recipe:
1 1/4 cup - brown sugar firmly packed
2 - eggs
7 tbsp - corn oil/canola oil
3/4 cup - cocoa powder
1/4 cup - melted chocolate
1 cup - APF
1/4 tsp - baking powder
1/4 tsp - baking soda
1/4 tsp - salt
For covering the crinkles:
1 cup - sugar
1 cup - confectioners sugar
Baking time: 12-15mins in 350*F

I wonder what went wrong with my crinkles. I followed every step religiously,the ingredients(except that I used cooking oil)instead.of canola/vegetable oil,could it have caused my crinkles to be oily and runny?

Probably po. Runny is caused daw po sa egg. If mainit sa kusina, dapat ilagay muna daw po yung egg sa ref

Pre-heat Oven 350° Fahrenheit
bake it for 12-15 minutes

Aside from giving the viewers of the ingredients, you really explain vividly the importance of every product, imported or not. If you may answer this, Chef RV- what ingredient is being added to the brownie that makes it chewy, fudgy and moist, just like Goldilocks' brownie? For real chef! Nakakaiyak at nakakasaya ka panoorin! Galing mo kasi eh! Na iyak ako kasi 1st year ko sa baking class pero hangang ngayun eh i only have little knowledge, tapos sometimes hindi ko maintindihan sinasabi nila, kasi nga different language! I had a hard time understanding the knowledge of baking (yun) pero i was so happy when i found this vedio! I learn a lot sayo dahil meron karin explanation na easy to understand. Talagang mas better ka pa than my teacher u know☺️. I feel like your my teacher and im the student who will never sleep in your klass!

Hi, Chef RV. I tried your recipe today and my little cousin and nephew loved it. The hardest part of it is not being able to taste what I bake because I have a condition. But with your recipe cookbook and your YT channel I am confident that it came out so well. My cousin saved a piece for his snack at school tomorrow.

Chef RV, love your crinkles! Simple recipe and easy to bake. When I'm bored at home, I always find some baking or cooking to do.
Sometimes, if I find it hard to mix my ingredients to a T, I buy the boxed mixture and just add a little twist.
Say, when I want to prepare good brownies, I buy the boxed Giardeli mix and just add the egg, oil, toasted walnuts and voila!
Now just watching you, I learned how to make crinkles! Thanks for the lesson!

Just tried making this today. I used hershey's semi sweet chocolate chips coz that is what i have on hand. Love that this crinkles is not too sweet and the powdered sugar clings to the cookie. Thank you for the recipe! So easy to make and no chilling required. 😋

I just made some crinkles awhile ago and I thought I missed something. Then, I browse yt again to find a channel that could basically explain techniques on how to make the perfect crinkles.
