2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons white sugar
¾ cup (180 grams) salted butter, cut into cubes
¼ cup ice cold water
2 egg yolks
Filling:
2 cans condensed milk
2 cups evaporated milk
6 whole eggs
6 egg yolks
1-2 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 egg whites

Hello Chef . I really like and love to listen and to know your baking and cooking. I tried this eggpie recipe yesterday then nagulat ako manipis ang crust ko ...kaso lang wala akong 9 imch pie plate...I use na lang po baking pan 2x9 ang size. Naluto po sia kaso napagod😅.. ang crust peri masarap sia. Hindi lang makapal ang filling ko...manipis at hindi pantay
