  • I enjoy a good but short workout. Since I started with kettlebell, I feel just that, effective workouts.
    It starts to burn the area you are focused on pretty fast that means is working and defining your body(depending how you move with kettlebell. 💪Arms, shoulders. back, armstrings, legs, bottom. It's just very effective🔥

    Dependiendo como se mueva, este workout le beneficiara. Trabaja espalda, brazos, hombros,💪 pierna, gluteos. Al pararte de abajo a arriba, trabaja abdominales y brazos.
