    Just did this workout, brilliant, but it is though, I’m trying to build strength,
    I’m recovering from a ankle injury, Michelle’s workouts have kept me going for the last 5 weeks, as unable to run, I like it because you also differentiate ways in to do certain moves, thank you !!
