- Hello dear Friends, This is my Eighth Vlog.
In this video I have demonstrated an easy method on how to make a restaurant style Chinese fried rice. So, watch this video till the end and please comment your valuable feedbacks.
Ingredients:-
1. Basmati Rice - 2 Cups
2. Big Onion (Finely Chopped) - 1 Nos
3. Garlic (Finely Chopped) - 1 1/2 Tbs
4. Carrot - 1 Small (Finely Chopped)
5. Capsicum - 1 Small (Finely Chopped)
6. Spring Onion - 1/4th cup (Chopped)
7. Eggs - 2 Nos
8. Chicken (Small Cubes) - 1/2 Cup
9. Oil - 2-3 Tbs
10. Pepper Powder - 3/4th Tsp
11. Salt - As Required
12. Soya Sauce - 1 1/2 to 2 Tsp
13. Chilli Garlic Or Chilli Sauce - 1 1/2 to 2 Tsp
For Marination:-
1. Soya Sauce - 1 Tsp
2. Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tsp
3. Salt - 1/4th Tsp to 2 Tsp Or A Pinch

One thing I learnt from life that when my marriage going to fix about 26 year ago I strongly told my parents that it should be from a family much below in all the way so as to get me love and respect.I got a family like that. Soon after marriage I realised that I was wrong.They started teasing my aged parents and all the members in my family. You will wonder why I am writing all these in a Cookery Vlog. When I see the cookery show I am not learning how to make CHICKEN FRIED RICE.I am looking at the faces of Anumol and Lakshmi mam. Their bonding. Now I have a daughter like Anumol thinking about my mols marriage I will send her in a family much abou my level so they will give some respect to my daugter. I will treat my daughter in law as Lakshmi mam do. Through cooking indirectly you Are teaching Bad Mother in laws of Kerala how to deal the girls coming to your house who were precious Jems of their parents Decently .
