How to make Butter Chicken & Butter Naan
lukewarm Water - 3 tbs
Sugar - 1 tsp
Instant yeast - 11/2 tsp
Milk - 1 Cup
Butter - 100gms
Maida ( All Purpose Flour ) - 5 Cups
Egg - 1 nos
Sugar - 2 tbs
Salt - 3/4 tsp
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Big onion - 4 nos
Refined oil - 2 tbs
Cashew nuts - 50gms
Butter - 50gms
Chicken - 35 Pieces
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste - 2 tbs
ginger paste - 2 tbs
Salt( according to taste )
Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 tbs
Garam Masala powder - 1tsp
TOMATO puree
Water - 11/2 Cup
Garam Masala powder - 1/4 tsp
Kasoorimethi powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Egg - 2 nos

Made it today it self. Earlier i used to make butter naan, but as mam said it had an elastic, hard structure. But today both naan and butter chicken came out superb. Thank u very much

If you want the butter nan to be even yummier, after 1st turn on the tawa, finish toasting on the flame on the stove to get that smokey charred flavor.
