Making of Easy Kerala Chicken Roast
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 - 2 tbs
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tbs
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Fennel Seeds ( powdered ) - 1/2 tsp
Salt( according to taste )
Water
Chicken - 1 nos
Big onion - 3 nos
Refined oil - 1/2 Cup
Small onion - 1 Cup
Garlic - 15 Flakes
ginger - 1 Big Pieces
green chilli - 5 - 6 nos
TOMATO - 3 nos
Garam Masala powder - 11/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
raisins - 25gms
Cashew nuts - 50 gms
Curry Leaves
lukewarm water - 1 Cup
Coconut milk - 1/2 Cup
Soy Sauce - 3 tbs
