EASY CHILLI CHICKEN RECIPE (RESTAURANT STYLE) | എളുപ്പത്തിൽ തയ്യാറാക്കാവുന്ന ഒരു ചില്ലി ചിക്കൻ

Hello dear Friends, This is my Ninth Vlog.
In this video I have demonstrated an easy method on how to make a Restaurant Style CHILLI CHICKEN. So, watch this video till the end and please comment your valuable feedbacks.
Ingredients:-
1. Chicken (With Bone) - 1 1/2 kg (Cut into small pieces)
2. Refined Oil - 2 to 3 Tbs
3. Soya Sauce - 6 Tbs
4. Chilli Sauce - 4 Tbs
5. Tomato Sauce - 4 Tbs
6. Ginger (Finely Chopped) - 2 Tbs
7. Garlic (Finely Chopped) - 2 Tbs
8. Big Onion - 4 Nos (Thick Slices)
9. Green Chillies - 14 Small (Slit)
10. Water - 1 Cup
11. Salt - As Required
12. Pepper Powder - 1 1/2 to 2 Tbs

With all respect to Lakshmi Nair and your self , iam not fully agree with. How many of our Indian mum's have her qualify of life.She does go to saloons for skin and hair and massaging and going for trips for entertainment. But do you think how many of our Indian mum's got the chance if that. She may have to work hard with kitchen job and out side job and may frustrated with all the work. A very few so when the daughter in law comes she wanted to take off some burden is quite right. Team work is always good. Share your house hold work and love each other whether it's your daughter and daughter in law

My mom used to watch magic oven in Kairali TV. I used to watch those videos with my mom before i ever started cooking by myself. Later when i became a home maker i took your recipe books with me when i was starting my new life abroad. I started following your recipes and the food used to come out really well. Thanks alot
I followed this recipe of quick chilli chicken and it came out really well. Fact that i liked the most is that the chicken need not be batter fried in the oil like we used to do before for chilli chicken. This reduced the cooking time to almost nothing when compared to other chilli chicken. And the taste is awesome too..
