Beef- ½ Kg
Water- 1 ½ to 2 Cups
Vinegar- 1 Tbs
Salt- According To Taste
Big Onion- 4 Nos. (Sliced)
Green Chillies- 10 to 15 Nos.
Garlic (Finely Chopped)- 1 Tbs
Ginger (Finely Chopped)- 1 Tbs
Refined Oil- 2 Tbs
Soya Sauce- 3 Tbs
Chilli Sauce- 2 Tbs
Pepper Powder- ½ to 1 Tsp
Beef Stock- 1 Cup
Cornflour- ½ to 1 Tsp
Spring Onion
Celery
Sugar- 1/4th Tsp

It was a good vlog.. As i experienced, here chilli beef is a fried one and in red colour too...
I prefer the portion of beef as മാന്ത ( വയറിന്റെ താഴ്ഭാഗം) which is so soft and easy to boil with in 5-6 whistles.
