Ingredients:-
Chicken- 1 1/2 Kg (cut into 8 pieces)
Green Chillies- 5 TO 6 NOS
Ginger- 1 Big Square Piece (Finely Chopped- 2 tbs)
Big Onion- 3 nos (Half Slices)
Cinnamon- 1 Big Piece
Cardamom- 10 nos (small)
Cloves- 8 nos
Whole Pepper- 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chillies- 15 nos
Coriander Powder- 1 1/2 tbs
Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp
Coconut Oil- 4 tbs + 2 tbs
Fenugreek Powder- 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves
Salt- According to taste
Vinegar- 1 1/2 tsp to 3 tsp
Water- 1/2 cup

Hi Lakshmi, I love your all recipes . Chicken roast I used to do like this . Sometimes used to add two or three spoon coconut thick milk . That also tastes very well . I love cooking very much.

What an awesome taste this chicken roast was. The True taste of Kerala . Perfect in every way . I was a bit apprehensive to try as your vattayappam dish was a bit crumbly but taste was good and I asked for a suggestion as to what could have gone wrong but got no reply so wasn’t sure weather to try this or not but I am glad I did . Superb ! Adipoli! Can’t wait to try more of your recipes. Thank-you.
Tried this recipe with a slight variation, instead of vinegar added one tomato to reduce heat so that my kids can have it too. Awesome recipe it was finger licking good. Thank you so much
