Hello dear Friends, This is my Tenth Vlog.
In this video I have shown an interesting and easy method to make a juicy and fluffy BLACK FOREST CAKE. I have made this cake without adding any eggs, butter or ghee nor it is baked using an oven.

For Cake:-
Butter Paper Or Parchment Paper - As shown in the video
All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1 Cup
Cocoa Powder - 1/4th Cup
Soda Bicarbonate - 1 Tsp
Baking Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - 1 Pinch
Beaten Yoghurt - 1 Cup
Granulated Sugar - 3/4th Cup
Refined Oil - 1/2 Cup
Vanilla Essence - 3/4th Tsp
For Filling And Decoration:-
Sugar Syrup/ Tinned Cherry Syrup - 1 Cup
Whipped Cream - As Required
Tinned Cherries/ Sweetened Cherries - As Required
Grated Chocolate - As Required

Tried a cake for the first time and it turned out to be awesome. Followed the recipe completely. Just mentioning a point for beginners to take care. Apply oil nicely so that cake won't stick. Also apply maida coating as mentioned in video. Do not use fingers while coating with maida. Otherwise maida will stick to the pan excesively and will become a hard cover over soft cake. Butter paper ഇങ്ങനെ cut ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ബാക്കി ഭാഗം waist ആകും. എന്നാൽ mould തിരിച്ചിട്ടതിന് ശേഷം paper ന്റെ ഒരു portion അതിന്റെ മുകളിൽ വെച്ച് അതിൻറെ side ൽ നന്നായി press ചെയ്താൽ mould ന്റെ അളവ് അതിൽ കിട്ടും. ആ അളവിൽ cut ചെയ്തെടുത്താൽ butter paper അധികം waist ആകാതെ ഇരിക്കും

Chechi munpu vanithayil oru black forest koduthirunnu..
Base cake With only one egg, no baking powder or baking soda, and less sugar.
I baked that cake... It was superb... N good for kids too...
As we are non-vegetarian, we can use eggs... But wanted to avoid baking powder and baking soda.
