That “intelligence test” that he “aced” was a Stroke Assessment test,
as his staff thought he had stroked out and had him taken to Walter Reid.
Exactly: it is only administered AFTER concluding that there are indications of a serious psychological problem. I should know... I lived through caring for a husband who was diagnosed with Frontotemporal degeneration in 2015 (who subsequently passed away 6 years later).
I'm not military but I have PTSD and do well with regular visits to my Neurologist!

After watching the debate, many doctors who have expertise in Parkinsons has said he is showing many of the classic symptoms. The blank stare, soft voice, stiff shuffle. Do you think once a year is enough? He was asked in the ABC interview if he would commit to an exam and releasing the results, and he declined. We expect that from Trump. We expect more from Biden.

The question shouldn't be "was the doctor there to examine Biden or somebody else," but if the doctor wasn't there to see Biden, he probably should have been after what we all saw in the debate. Yet Biden still refused in the ABC interview to have an exam and the results released.

I think Biden's campaign staff needs to take some of the blame for the President's difficult debate performance by scheduling such a grueling campaign schedule, especially prior to the debate and knowing how important the debate outcome was. I don't know if ANYONE could maintain such a busy and taxing schedule and expect to be 100% on point. You'd have to be super human. Wise up and do a better job of supporting our president to do and be his best.
