We finally got go on our honeymoon thanks to Virgin Voyages! It was our first cruise together and what a time it was. Sailing the seas in style, bar crawling in Key West and breezing in Bimini, Bahamas. Would we do it again? You bet!

“It’s up there, if not better” As a proud Jamaican I want to disagree, but The Bahamas really is spectacular.
Haha it really hurt my heart to say too. But then in true Jamaican style when I went in the water I started comparing sand and was telling Brian if I’m considering that then Jamaica is still better 😂. The Bahamas and Barbados especially though really give us a run for our money. But as we always say, nowhere nuh betta than yaad 😆.

We're a gay couple in Gainesville and have been looking to take our first cruise (would be first for both of us). We've watched some other [str8] couples go on Virgin cruises and they made it look fun and showed some inclusion. However, watching you two enjoy it offers more insight makes me want to possibly do Virgin for our first cruise. We do like the no kids aspect, esp being a gay couple who is very reserved when it comes to PDA, and would likely feel more comfortable being ourselves on such a cruise.
I think heading into our cruise we had ALL the same concerns you did too. Especially being in Florida we especially are so careful even when interacting with children. But yes, we felt so safe from just our boarding alone. There is so much diversity not only in the sailors but also in the staff. From age, ethnicity, gender identity and orientation. It was even better when we were able to form bonds with other sailors, which truly didn't feel like a forced experience. While on the ship we also found ourselves being comfortable enough to have small shows of PDA without even realizing it. We were soooo comfortable. If you do decide to do it we hope you have an amazing time!

I am at the tail end of this vlog. you guys did so many fun things. I had the same itinerary but unfortunately, I went during storm season. My crew missed out on Bimini. We had an additional sail day. I did Key West and really enjoyed myself. I will definitely do a bar crawl next time. I will definitely go back.

@MeetTheMazelins oh yeah they use every inch of space. Things are tucked away in corners and down hallways. We did an 8 day and didnt figure it out until day 3. My favorite place was the dock at the back of the ship. Yall truly deserved this honeymoon... you both opened your lives to us over the past year and never complained about what you two experienced , so a honeymoon was due unto you!!!!
