Hello! Retired former hair stylist here! 👋🏼 Seeing that hair stylist and barbers are practically on every other corner, it all comes down to what you're willing to pay for. Their services must always include not only their skills but also their respect for the client, respect for themselves, coworkers and the establishment. Obviously, the respect for the client doesn't come with the services. You're paying for their service, not their toxic opinions being spewed from on top a proverbial soapbox! Move on!!! It’s sad but the barbershop has never been a safe haven for gays regardless of race and being married to a Puerto Rican I’ve too had to check tons of barbers for their assumptions so Yes find a new barber that’s willing to build a relationship with you and your family

He’s Cuban.... 🤨 I worked for an organization in Cuba for 2 years. I noticed that when they get to Florida, especially the lighter skinned ones, they get BRAND NEW. They get super conservative and look down on AA. I don’t get it, because Cubans in Cuba are some of the nicest, least racist and humble people. They get caught up with lighter ones that have been in Florida since the 50’s., who left the island to avoid a certain regime which also led to desegregation of schools etc
