It's an easy champ, win hard early and take everything you're playing against the clock
I find nid and lee to be similar, good early game, but falls off late game and is only good late game in the hands of someone who is mechanical good or a Smurf/good player

I only play ARAM, but Ludens, Shadowflame, Rabs and Void has me one shotting bruisers with cougar form without landing a spear or trap first. Even when they get to full build. Idk dawg.
I miss the old days when people wouldn’t rage at you playing support Nid. Adc loves you when you chunk the enemy lane for half their health and still provide a heal
I miss when norms were considered a place to mess around and have fun... It's like nowadays, norms are full of people who thought they cued Ranked... And weirdly, Ranked is full of Yuumi Bots, and people who give up 5 minutes in...

I underperformed as adc one game on ultimate spellbook bc there was always a four man Botlane & our jungle was afk for 15 mins but I got blamed for all the worlds problems. In attempting to explain that it’s literally a casual gamemode I then had a go next tilted teammate int my next game with an ap build onto a champ with zero ap ratios. Love this game so glad it promotes a healthy and not at all toxic relationship with its players

nid's heal actually is so crazy tho, probably has the best ap ratio out of any heal in the game and even costs like 0 mana. full ap nid heal is better than soraka heal its fun
its ratio is like 27% or sum now.. fricking crap. i remember building athenes and giving 800-1000 per heal when full build
Nah. Ain't the best ratio. Taric at 5 stack Q is 75% and Bard Shrine at max is 60% and even when Nidalee's heal is at its best at 55% on a 5% health target, Rakan has a 55% ratio on his heal... As for better than Soraka, I guess for a single use..? Shouldn't really compare a 12s CD heal to a 2s CD.
@@ZairUmbras Nids heal used to have like a 200 base and 70% ratio. Im gonna assume he didnt realize it was nerfed ages ago lol
i think you all are misunderstanding hyperbole, i was trying to say how i feel like this part of nid's kit is pretty undervalued and is actually fairly strong. of course there is some over exaggeration in my statement, but you all are jumping the gun in correcting me, chill out a bit!

Its funny it aint the usual fall off you expect of damage its the only bursts 1 person and jumps into them and/or entire teams to do so. doesnt work too well when they group up. My favourite champ but i find it hard to enjoy her anymore.

Is the lower winrate with longer games not related to the fact that she's a high skill cap jungler and people playing low elo don't know how to finish games? Like I haven't seen nidalee jungle in a while, but when it first became a thing it was just permagank one shot and finish.

You'd only pick Nidalee if Lee Sin was banned. But Lee Sin does what Nidalee can do much better. Riot pigeon holed Nidalee into the all-in burst like Evelyn, but mostly forgot to update her through the last year, aside from nerfing sustain. Nidalee can beat the scaling issue by being a bruiser, like she was years ago, but it trades early game strength. And with people /ff spamming at 14:54 it's just not worth risking it.
Nidalee top lane died years ago. Nidalee support isn't optimal, Lux would do a better job.
I recently played Nidalee support in Ultimate spellbook.. In champ select Our top lane Vayne started flaming me, and continued being toxic towards me for no real reason throughout the game.. Midway through the game I noticed she does not dodge any skillshots and that she is not very bright: Trying to 1v2 a Sett and Seju.. I then made the mistake of telling her to get on my level before flaming me, the toxicity intensified by a factor of 4 ,meaning she is 4 times as good as me..
By the end of the game my damage dealt was as much as my lane partner and our mid laner combined, because I maxed and spammed my traps, combined with the power of Liandry's and Aerie.
The reason she does not scale into the late game is because she is worth more to the enemy team in most teamfights.
It is strange to me, because kayle and nidalee were considered supports very early on in LoL. Nidalee is the original poke mage supp, yet everyone cries if she isn't in the jungle.
