When we used to race them back in the day even on big bikes 110-120 was about it because of short straights. I think I'll start at 14/38 and see where that leads, I don't want to smoke the clutch. If the 450 over revs the 500 has an Extra gear to work with

@@maxbrap 15/38 is huge. You could probably do like 125 or more with that. I was at 3000 foot elevation and going uphill, GPS was 109mph with a draft.
