In Upstate New York, heated gear greatly extends your riding season! I have First Gear heated liner & gloves & highly recommend their products!

This is a great overview, thank you. You mention that it has a safety and it will reduce to 1amp use if forgotten. At what point will this occur. I ride on the sled for over 8hrs + and would like to know that it will not reduce while wearing and connected. Can you provide me with more details. I am awaiting for a response before I proceed to purchase the heated shirt.

What about the current draw and voltage. Fuse size would also help. Nice video.

Draw would probably depend on how many pieces you are using and what the controller is set at. 15 amp fuse mentioned @ 5:53 .

The only good thing about living in California is that it rarely gets cold enough to need heated gear

Elements are either steel, copper or carbon fiber based. From cheap to expensive, ok, to best. Which are these?

Do you have any sheep skin crotch warmers?

Those are collectibles, very rare. If you come across the coveted S. Stone sheep skin crotch warmer guard it with your life.

Thanks so much! About how long does it take going from power on to full heat?
