  • Quarter-Turn Fastener Rails provide quick and reliable way to mount a removable hood or panel with Quarter-Turn fasteners, but do not require welding or in-depth fabrication. This Universal Quarter-Turn Fastener Rail was designed for 7/16” fasteners and features 6 holes spanning 45”.
The high-grade aluminum rail is bent 90 degrees to easily mount on fenders, bed rails and other similar locations using the lower rivet holes. A guide slot between mounting locations makes it easy to hold in place with a temporary fastener (cleco) while forming and bending to follow a body line if required.
With an overall length of 47”, the low profile aluminum rail features 9” Quarter-Turn Fastener hole spacing and allows you to clock a 7/16” dzus in three different positions.

The hex buttons are so much nicer than the slotted ones. I still have a couple of the original Full Bore ones left

Whats ur idea for locating the correct hole alignment while the piece is installed , and the hood is on ?, usually there is the factory metal lip on the OEM fender in the way to draw or locate the hole in the new piece just installed ( the piece u are showing today) fyi help i am a professional car builder but the prob always presents its self , and if miss located holes makes for a crappy messy mistakes

You'd need to remove the lip in the area of the dzus mount... No way around that.

One experience to share is that a significant curve front to back, and/or side to side, may require a shrinker/stretcher to get a perfect fit. For example, a round body S10 or last gen Camaro with a compound curved hood.
