When I attempted this mod, I just dropped the spring in and flipped the gun upside down. The spring lined up with the hole and I was able to slide the pin through the spring.
Another epic video fail, that makes everything hard to watch! Why is this video done in "peephole" aspect, as if spying through a doorlock? You need to learn how to hold that camera sideways the way it should be!
