  • I was driving yesterday when all of the sudden my truck started running terrible, it was shaking and had no pick up, the harder I pressed the accelerator the worse it got but when I released the accelerator it was fine. So I pulled in to AutoZone so they could pull the codes and this is what they found.

Mechanic wanted $240 to repair this on my 2008 F150. $15 part on Amazon and took less than 5 minutes to change. Thanks for the video help!

Great video. You have saved the day for me. Every shop keeps saying new engine even though the codes are for the camshaft sensors.

I have one just like yours and same thing. Never had a problem with it except for today. And it’s not really a big deal. Cause I’m sure it’s the same issue po300. Code.. thank you for the video..

Is the truck still running normally after 6 or 7 months since the repair? I have a 4.6L that gave me the P0307 code today. Thinking about ordering these sensors.

Oreillys hooked up my 97 4.6L and it says “cylinder 7 misfire detected”. Should I just pay to simply replace that ? Another mechanic said their diagnostic machine isn’t accurate and just because it says that doesn’t mean it’s accurate it could be other things causing it to misfire? Please, what should I do?

It’s most probably heat seized in there. Your just going to have to keep working it is all I can say. Try to get it out when engine is warm so it expands or vice versa when it cools and shrinks.
