22:41 My favorite theory about this part is that since they're watching on Japanese tv, Viktor can't really understand any of it (we've seen him speaking broken Japanese and less broken English with Yuuri up until now), so he has no idea Yuuri just confessed his love on live television. So that's why he's only focused on the unfashionable tie lmaoooo.

I absolutely am enchanted with Yuri on ice, rewatching it now… with what I know now, it’s like a warming magic a welcoming return, I do enjoy Yuri, Yurio, and Victor; And ALLL the lovely fan art/stories of all the side characters has been adorable. Let’s aim for the top!
This episode made me so happy for Yuri cz he felt like he improved, he won, his fan cheered him on, and Victor and his family were so supportive!!

And I just wanted to point out one thing (in case you didn't notice): at the end, Yuri was speaking in Japanese...Victor doesn't know Japanese and only talks to Yuri in English. So your assessment that he didn't know what to make of the situation is probably correct 😁 Victor didn't understand that Yuri made a "love declaration" or why the people around him were bummed out...so he just decided to comment on something he knew...like fashion!🤣
Anyway, I can't wait for the next reaction! Even if it will come later. Take all the time you need. Your health (both physical and mental) is more important. Everyone deserves a little vacation 😉
