Great video, thank you. I agree with you that those jack pucks are a life saver.All the new cars with their pinch welds and plastic undercoating covers are a PITA looking for a good jack point. That tensioner lever /socket wrench is a great tool to have to do the job.I sourced an inexpensive one at Harbor Freight. Saves a ton of effort. I am due to change the tensioner belt again on my ES350 soon , 200K miles. I would like to change the tension pulley at that time also but it looks like an impossible task, Oh well.....

Lexus quoted me $1,900 to replace my serpentine belt. I can’t do it myself but I may get that replaced by another mechanic.

Lol is it not common sense? You just loosen the tensioner and take off the belt. And he showed you how to put it on and gave you a diagram.

@@user-jh2xs8bd5k from the top side you can’t even put a hand between all the parts to remove the belt. So removing the belt that way is useless. And getting to it from below is an altogether different strategy that was not explained here. Loosening the parts was not the issue. But that is ok, I just paid the Lexus dealership to do it for me. And I asked the mechanic how he did it, and said he removed it by reaching up from the bottom. Like I said useless video.
